Delayed Orders
Unexpected delays can occur due to factors such as logistics challenges, inclement weather, high demand, or carrier issues. If your order is significantly delayed (more than 2 months), you have the option to proceed with the order, modify it, or cancel it for a full refund. Taxes and Duties
Taxes and duties are collected by your government and/or local authorities; therefore, Pet-Comfort is not responsible for paying local taxes, import duties, or international customs charges. Customers are responsible for all applicable fees.
Refusing to Receive Goods
If an order has been shipped and the customer cancels or refuses to receive it, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any associated fees. If the product cannot be returned (e.g., return shipping costs exceed the item's value), a refund cannot be issued.
Wrong Address or Uncollected Packages
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or if it is returned due to failure to collect it from the designated pickup location, the shipping costs will be deducted from any applicable refund. Once a package is marked as "delivered," the customer must contact the carrier if the parcel is missing. Pet-Comfort is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels unless shipping protection was added to the order before shipment.
Availability
We do our best to keep our website inventory up to date. However, if an item is out of stock after purchase, the payment will be automatically refunded, and you will receive a notification.
