Refuse To Receive The Goods
When an order has been shipped but the customer cancels it or refuses to receive it, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product and any charges for shipping. If the product cannot be returned to the sender (for example, if the returned shipping costs exceed the value of the item), a refund cannot be obtained.
Wrong Address or Not Picked Up by Customer
In the event that the package cannot be delivered due to an error in the specified address, or when the package has been returned by the relevant parcel service due to customer is not able to pick up goods at pick up location , the shipping costs will be recovered from the customer. Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise you on how and where your delivery can be collected or re-delivered. Once a package is marked as delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier if the parcel is not received. Hugbel will not be responsible for lost parcel or stolen parcels once it is marked as "delivered" (unless shipping protection is added to the order prior to shipment).

We do our best to keep the stock on our website up to date. Unfortunately, it is possible that some items on our website are no longer in stock. If this is the case, the payment will be automatically refunded; the return of your payment includes a notification stating that the desired item is no longer in stock.
