Refund policy
At Pet-Comfort, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition as received (unworn, unused, and in its original packaging).
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at help@pet-comfort.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Cost: The cost of return shipping (by air freight) is the responsibility of the customer.
Partial Refund Option: If you decide to keep the product, we offer a partial refund of up to 50% of the purchase price.

Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of placement.
- After 24 hours, a processing fee of 40 EUR / 40 USD / 60 AUD (or the equivalent amount) will apply.
- Orders cannot be canceled after shipment.
For cancellation requests, please email help@pet-comfort.com as soon as possible.
Damages & Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue. We will do our best to issue a replacement.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Custom products, such as personalized or special-order items, cannot be returned.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need a different item, the quickest way is to return your current item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at help@pet-comfort.com.
